Returns & Exchange Policy

An exchange is available only when the issue results from an error on our part. This includes situations where:

• You receive a damaged, torn, or defective product.
• You receive the wrong design, article, colour, or size.
• The item delivered is different from what you originally ordered.

If any of the above applies to your order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size & Fit Guide before placing an order, as fit and measurements can vary between designs and fabrics.

• If the delivered product matches the measurementslisted in our published size chart, an exchange will not be accepted for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference. Selecting the correct size is the customer's responsibility.
• If we accidentally send a different sizethan the one ordered, or the product's actual measurements do not match our published size chart, we will gladly arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

To maintain fairness and consistency for all shoppers, exchange requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after placing the order.
• No longer preferring the design, colour, or style after delivery.
• Wanting to exchange for a different design or article.
• Ordering the wrong size despite the availability of our detailed size chart.
• The fit or look not meeting personal expectations.
• Finding another design later and wishing to change the original order.
• Any request based solely on personal preference rather than a genuine product defect or fulfillment error.

To initiate an exchange request, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

1. Your order number (found in your confirmation email or Track Order page).
2. Clear, well-lit photos of the product showing the issue.
3. An unboxing video (recommended, and may be required to verify certain claims).

For an exchange to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.
• Every exchange request is subject to verification by our quality team.
• Faroza Collection reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
